Therapy with me

When perfectionism is running the show

  • Never feeling good enough

  • Fear of failure

  • Fear of success

  • Waiting until you're "ready"

When you're questioning everything

  • Relationships

  • Career

  • Parenthood

  • Big life transitions

  • "What if I make the wrong choice?"

When anxiety won't shut up

  • Your mind never stops.

  • You replay conversations.

  • You second-guess yourself.

  • You keep searching for certainty.

Therapy isn't about me giving advice or telling you what to do.

It's about understanding the patterns that have shaped the way you think, feel, and relate to yourself so you can stop surviving on autopilot.

Together we'll get curious about the parts of you that overthink, people-please, shut down, or constantly stay on alert. We'll slow down, notice what's happening underneath the surface, and practice new ways of responding that actually fit the life you want.

I integrate Internal Family Systems (IFS), CBT, ACT, mindfulness, psychodynamic therapy, attachment work, and relational therapy, choosing the approach that best fits you rather than forcing you into one model.

My goal isn't simply to help you cope.

It's to help you understand yourself well enough that you begin trusting yourself again.

When you've lost yourself

You might feel at home here if...

✓ You think deeply—and sometimes can't stop thinking.

✓ You've become everyone else's "go-to" person, but you've lost touch with yourself.

✓ You keep searching for certainty before making decisions.

✓ You're tired of surviving and ready to actually enjoy your life.

✓ You want a therapist who's warm, honest, collaborative, and willing to challenge you when it matters.
